How information submitted through this website is handled.
Information collected
When you send a project form, we receive the contact and project details you choose to provide: name, work email, company, country or market, system interest, approximate size and your project brief. These details are used to answer your enquiry and prepare project discussions.
Storage and access
Submissions are emailed to info@forcesolarpower.com and stored in a restricted area of the website. Access is limited to staff handling enquiries.
Requests
You can ask us at any time for access, correction or deletion of the details you submitted — write to info@forcesolarpower.com.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept while the project conversation is active, then reviewed periodically and removed when no longer needed.
Enquiry data, and nothing else by default
The site collects what you send with an enquiry, plus the standard technical data any web server records.
