Scope of these terms

This website describes solar power systems, battery storage and related equipment supplied by Force Solar for export projects. Product pages, capacity figures and configurations are presented for evaluation; they are not a binding offer. Every project is quoted individually against a confirmed bill of materials.

Quotations and orders

A quotation states its validity period, Incoterms, payment schedule, lead time and the scope of supply it covers. An order is accepted when Force Solar confirms it in writing and any agreed deposit is received. Changes to system size, configuration or destination after confirmation may change price and schedule.

Specifications and documentation

Technical data, drawings and performance figures are provided in good faith and may be updated as components or standards change. Final documentation is issued against the confirmed order. Site conditions, grid quality and load profiles remain the buyer's responsibility to verify.

Intellectual property

Text, photographs, drawings, layout and diagrams on this website belong to Force Solar or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without written consent.

Warranty and claims

Warranty terms, coverage periods and claim procedures are those stated in the supply contract and in the manufacturer documentation delivered with the equipment. Claims are assessed against the agreed scope of supply and the recorded operating conditions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Force Solar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production, lost revenue or third-party claims arising from installation, grid conditions or use of the equipment outside its stated specification.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and any supply contract are governed by the law stated in that contract. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through direct discussion before pursuing other remedies.
